Brute Squad

The fun of a Brute Squad is something of a mix between fun reenactment, a charity fundraiser, and a source for event referees. Who is ready to really immerse themselves (or their friends!) in some medieval fun? Who among you might be ready to either bail out a friend or family member, or maybe even get them jailed for a brief time, in the name of benefiting some absolutely terrific charities and the Wellsville Tabernacle.....intrigued yet?

During all of the various events of the Whistler's Faire, there are times when people might be 'found doing questionable acts'. To help 'keep the peace', we are 'deputizing' a variety of Brute Squad members who will simply keep the given suspect comfortable in our prison for a short time (3-5 minutes). All those so 'sentenced' will be entered into a special giveaway, the winner of which will be announced and awarded at the end of the evening. To enter your friends or family members (or yourself), or bail them out, the charge is only $1 per minute spent/saved. Proceeds from this go towards a variety of charities and the Tabernacle fund.
